At Two Birds Outdoor Services, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion.

We will do our best to address any concerns and offer a solution, which may include:

• A free touch-up or correction

• A partial refund if appropriate

• Full refund only in rare cases where service was not completed as agreed

Refunds are not available for services that were completed as described and approved by the customer.
